Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for quotes, samples, production, shipping and claims. Your order confirmation may add specifics; where they differ, the confirmation wins.
1. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we note otherwise. Prices assume the stated fabric, MOQ and incoterm. Rate changes are limited to a fabric-market shift ≥10%; if that happens, we notify you and re-quote line-by-line.
2. Samples
Catalog samples ship at unit cost plus courier. Custom development samples cost $50 for standard styles; the fee is refunded or deducted from goods value once your order reaches 60 pieces.
3. Orders and payment
30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. Preferred payment channels: PayPal, Wise, Xtransfer, WorldFirst, Western Union, or bank wire. PayPal fees (about 4.4%) are borne by the buyer. Established repeat buyers move to 7-day payment terms.
4. Production and tolerances
Standard tolerance: ±3% on measurements per graded size, ±5% on total ordered quantity for custom production. Five-checkpoint inspection applies before shipment.
5. Quality and claims
Photo QC report is shared before shipment. Any defect claim must be reported within 14 days of receipt, with photos and quantity affected. Confirmed defects are refunded, credited or replaced at our option.
6. Shipping and risk
Risk transfers per the agreed Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP). We provide commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin as standard.
7. Your designs and our designs
You retain full IP in your tech packs, sketches and brand marks. Our catalog styles remain ours — you buy them, you don’t license them.
8. Cancellations
Before fabric cut, orders can be cancelled with the deposit as our only compensation. After fabric cut, work-in-progress must be paid at cost.
9. Liability and law
Our maximum liability is the value of the goods on the order in question. Chinese law governs unless we agree otherwise in writing.
