Are shipping and duties included?
The price of the product is only the factory price, excluding shipping fees and customs duties.
How do samples work?
Catalog samples ship at unit cost + courier. Custom development samples: $50 for standard styles, ready in about 3 days — refunded or deducted from goods value once your order reaches 60 pieces.
What are payment terms?
30% deposit on order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment — via PayPal, Wise, Xtransfer, WorldFirst, Western Union or bank wire. Established repeat buyers move to 7-day payment terms; PayPal fees (about 4.4%) are borne by the buyer.
Do prices change on repeat orders?
No, unless the fabric market moves ≥10% — in which case we notify you before quoting, with the exact line-item change.
