The short version: we collect what we need to quote and ship your orders, we don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.

2. What we collect
Name, company name, email, phone / WhatsApp / WeChat handle, shipping address, order details, and anything else you send us in a quote request or message.
3. How we use it
To answer quotes, produce and ship orders, invoice, and send monthly product updates if you subscribe. That’s it.
4. Who we share it with
Only our forwarders, couriers and payment processors — and only the data they need to move the order. Never sold to third parties.
5. How long we keep it
Order records: 7 years (Chinese tax law). Quote requests without orders: 2 years. Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
6. Security
Access limited to our merchandising team, HTTPS on this site, encrypted business channels for messaging.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time — email contact@changshengapparel.com, we respond within 30 days.
8. Changes
If we make material changes to this policy, we’ll email active partners and post the update here with a new effective date.
