Who you’re dealing with.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We’re a direct factory — Changsheng Apparel, founded in 2015 by Shen Youkai, running our own 6,800 m² cut-and-sew floor since 2020. The team that quotes your order is the same team that cuts, sews and inspects it — no trading-company markup.
What can I order — wholesale, private label, or both?
Three models on the same factory floor: buy in-stock wholesale styles from a single piece, build your own label through OEM/ODM, or dropship with zero inventory. Many partners use more than one model at once.
Pricing and minimum order.
What’s your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the model. Wholesale in-stock styles start at 1 piece, with prices stepping down at 100 and 300 pieces. OEM/ODM private-label orders start at 100 pieces per color. Dropshipping has no MOQ at all.
How does volume pricing work?
Per style, per order: 1–99 pieces is the base price, 100–299 pieces gets 5% off wholesale, and 300+ pieces gets 10% off wholesale or 5% off OEM/ODM.
What payment terms do you offer?
New partners start at 30% deposit / 70% balance before shipment. Established partners who reorder regularly can move to 7-day payment terms, and the sample fee is refunded once an order reaches 60 pieces.
Do private labels, hangtags or packaging cost extra?
Yes — we source custom neck labels, printed hangtags and branded poly bags on your behalf at cost. For OEM/ODM orders, sewing and attaching them is included free of charge. For dropshipping orders that require labels or hangtags, there is a $1.00/pc handling fee.
Custom development.
What’s the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means you bring the design — a tech pack or graded pattern — and we source, sample and produce it under your label. ODM means you pick a silhouette from our archive and we adapt fabric, color and details to your brief, then print your labels. ODM is the faster way to launch.
How long does sampling take, and how many revisions are included?
A first sample typically comes back in about 3 days from our in-house pattern room. Most styles need only one revision round, and the sample fee is credited toward your bulk order.
Can I send my own design or reference photo?
Yes — a tech pack, a graded pattern, or even just a reference photo is enough for us to quote and start sampling.
Shipping and lead times.
How long from order to delivery?
In-stock wholesale styles ship within 48 hours. Custom OEM/ODM bulk production takes about 15 days after sample approval, then ships by your chosen method.
