Brief & feasibility
Send your tech pack or references. We confirm construction, suggest fabrics and give a target price band.
Pattern & first sample
Eight in-house patternmakers cut and sew the first sample; you receive it with fit notes.
Revisions & approval
We revise until you sign off. Most styles need one round; the sample fee is credited to bulk.
Grading & pre-production
Size set graded to your chart (XS–XL, 3XL on request), trims and labels ordered, PP sample sealed.
Bulk production & QC
Cutting, sewing and pressing with in-line checks, then warehouse-entry and pre-shipment inspection.
Pack & ship
Your labels, hangtags and packaging applied; shipped EXW, FOB or DDP with full documents.
